David's career has included twenty plus years at Motorolla, specializing in Subcontracts. He "retired" several years ago and has continued community involvement with a few years at Habitat For Humanity, the Higgins Beach Association, and Scarborough town government committees. David built the Nextasea, Inc. Cottage Rental and Property Management business over the past seven years, and looks forward to continuing by focusing exclusively on the Nextasea Property Management segment. Linda's career as a Licensed Social Worker has specialized in service to the elderly. During the past 15 years, she served as Director of Social Services in the Nursing Care and Rehab environment here in Scarborough, Maine. Working with seniors and their families in the "helping profession" of Social Work has been rewarding. This experience is invaluable as she moves into another facet of "helping" people cope with the many details and stresses of daily living.
